Invulnerable Target (no spoilers).

Hi all!
If anyone likes Hong Kong cinema, then you should not pass by, because this film is not only for martial arts lovers, but also for those who like tragic films with not very, very good endings. In general, this is the place for you.

More recently, we could not imagine a powerful Chinese action film without the name of director John Woo. Cruelty, endless cartridges in a pistol, pools of blood, beautiful white suits of Chow Yun Fat, well, in short, this topic, I’ll go watch The Hitman and Hard Boiled.

Mmm hello everyone again, I would like https://pokerstars-casino.uk/withdrawal/ to advise you to watch a film by Chinese director Benny Chan, known for such films as “Who Am I”, “Shaolin” and “New Police Story”. The movie is called "Invulnerable Target"

The film is not new, it was shot in 2007 and unfortunately did not gain much popularity outside of China. By the way, “Unbreakable Target” was recognized as the best film of 2007. The film tells the story of three police officers who unite in the fight against an elusive gang. Everything is standard, nothing new, everything is according to the canon. If we consider the plot as a whole, then on the one hand it is simple. The main character, under the name Chan, takes revenge on the gang for the murder of his bride, the second hero Fo helps him in this, and the third is simply Ho, he just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. As a result, they became friends and went to show the evil adversaries the Chinese powerhouse. But on the other hand, at the end of the film you don’t understand who is bad and who is really good. And several plot moves make you think about it.

Explosions, parkour, amazing stunts, hand-to-hand fights without stunt doubles, chases, I especially want to mention the fight choreography in the film… it is at the highest level, in the best traditions of Chinese martial arts films. During the scenes, chairs, knives, axes for chopping meat, a lot of special effects are used, especially in the final fight of the three main characters with one furious Chinese, played by martial arts master, member of the Beijing Wushu team, Wu Jin. This fight remained in my memory for a long time, not only does it last 15-20 minutes, but everything is staged so effectively that my eyes cannot take my eyes off the TV screen.

Despite the absence of Jackie Chan in the leading roles, and Benny Chan made almost all the films with his participation, Jackie’s family could not be avoided here. The film stars the son of legendary Chinese actor and director Jaycee Chan. He plays a positive character, a policeman who will save a dog from a burning house, who does not take bribes and a person who is ready to completely devote his life to work. His role is memorable because in 2.5 hours of the film we see how this character changes. And if at first he seemed like a soft, good-natured policeman, then closer to the end he grows into a real man and fights his enemies with the same toughness and cruelty that the other two main characters show.

In general, there are no famous actors in the invulnerable target and due to this the film looks very fresh, because even for Jaycee Chan this role is the first serious one in the cinema.
This film needs to be watched, watched and enjoyed with superbly choreographed fights with lots of special effects and a sea of blood. And of course, where without a dramatic ending.

Bottom line: if you love Hard Boiled, The Raid, The Hitman, Double Castel, then Deadly Target is a must-see. Thank you.
